Murder at Crimson House

This fun and spooky show was my first time directing a full-length piece, musical, and dinner theater all in one! Coming at a pivotal time when theaters were still reopening after the pandemic, I was hired to direct and lead the summer show with the expectation that the performances would also take place in the rehearsal studio. Over the three weeks, we learned blocking, lines, character work, songs, and dances! I ran the show with my actors while simultaneously juggling behind-the-scenes work like designing programs, working with our parent caterer, and navigating a case of Covid in the cast right in the middle of our show weekend. This show had it it's challenges, but it taught me to be resilient and roll with the punches!
